Music Videos

They say that a picture is worth a thousand words, which is what prompted me to make a number of videos of a selection of my music compositions. The videos were made in collaboration with Katarina Boudreaux, as the pianist and keyboardist, with whom I’ve worked for many years. These videos are meant to provide informal, live, homemade demos of selected compositions whose aim is to provide another dimension - a visual dimension - to the music, which Katarina has nicely done.

While my compositions were written and recorded for solo piano and for solo guitar, they were also recorded for the violin, the viola, and the keyboard and in the form of duets for guitar, piano and violin. The videos in this chapter are piano and keyboard performances of a selection of compositions. The keyboard performances were arranged with a beat aimed at livening up the original pieces.

Some of the piano pieces might best be categorized as light classical and the guitar pieces as ballad, folk or popular type music. However, they may all be categorized as Easy Listening or background music. (For the history of how I began composing and recording,  please refer to the menu item, Chapter, entitled "Music". )
